As punishment for Vladimir Putin’s war-crimes extravaganza in Ukraine, Hollywood has cut Russia off from its choicest entertainments, including “Top Gun: Maverick,” “Minions: The Rise of Gru,” “Thor: Love and Thunder” and “Franchise: The IP Returns.” (One of those titles might not be real.
