NFA and the NIBA joint webinar: Supervision in a Hybrid Environment

On Tuesday, December 7, NFA and the NIBA held a webinar that discussed NFA supervision requirements as they pertain to hybrid and remote work environments.

During the webinar, representatives from NFA and the NIBA discussed, among other things:

• Oversight of remote APs and employees;
• Supervision of broker communications, order handling and trading activities;
• Technology and information security; and
• Recordkeeping.

Representatives also responded to questions submitted by attendees.
