The FIA Cares Great Chicago Steak Out gives companies and individuals in the futures, options and cleared swaps industry the opportunity to provide financial support to help feed those in need. Once again, the Chicago Private Dining Steakhouse Group, a prestigious collection of Chicago's top steakhouses, presents the finest dishes from their kitchens for you to sample and enjoy. The Great Chicago Steak Out takes place annually at the end of FIA's Futures & Options Expo, taking place October 16-18, 2018.
Since 2008, FIA has raised more than $3,720,000 for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The Food Depository, founded in 1979, makes a daily impact across Cook County with a network of 700 pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, mobile programs, children’s programs, older adult programs and innovative responses that address the root causes of hunger. Last year, the Food Depository distributed more than 71 million pounds of shelf-stable food, fresh produce, dairy products and meat, the equivalent of 164,000 meals every day. FIA is the leading global trade organization for the futures, options and centrally cleared derivatives markets, with offices in Brussels, London, Singapore and Washington, D.C. and roots in Chicago.
We’re putting the band back together! Late night jamming for the Food Depository!
The all-star futures industry band, Pork Belly and the Out-Trades, is getting back together at the legendary blues club Buddy Guy’s Legends after the Great Chicago Steak Out on Thursday, October 18. Get ready to jam with the band and support the Greater Chicago Food Depository at this special event hosted by FIA Tech. A limited number of tickets for the show will be sold at the Steak Out booth during Expo.
Corporate Challenge (October 1 - December 31)

The FIA Cares Corporate Challenge is an exciting way to get your firm involved with a great cause and show your firm's competitive spirit and generosity through fundraising efforts to support the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The firm raising the most funds claims the Golden Pig Trophy and bragging rights throughout the year. Your contributions will help the Greater Chicago Food Depository deliver more than 160,000 meals every day of the week. |

Be the company to greet all attendees to the Steak Out by sponsoring the bar in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. You will also be able to create a signature drink that waiters pass out during the 30 minutes before the food service begins.
Photo Booth - $6,000
Give the Great Chicago Steak Out attendees a fun memento of the evening through a branded Photo Booth. Surround attendees with your company name and logo by sponsoring the Photo Booth during the Great Chicago Steak Out! Your logo will be included on each souvenir photo.
Chocolates - $5,000
Be the sponsor that provides the Great Chicago Steak out attendees with a take-home sweet treat! Chocolates branded with your logo will be included in each Steak Out attendee's bag and available at the Food Depository booth on the Expo trade show floor.
Lanyards (RTS) - $4,000 SOLD
Show your company's support of the 2018 Great Chicago Steak Out by having your logo on every Steak Out attendee. This sponsorship gives your company the opportunity to have "walking" logos at the Steak Out.
Sparkling Wine - $3,500 SOLD
Give the attendees a parting gift to remember! Sponsor the mini-sparkling wine bottles that will be distributed to attendees as they leave the Great Chicago Steak Out.
