Former head of diversity sues Morgan Stanley for racial discrimination, retaliation and unequal pay
A new lawsuit accuses one of the country's top financial services firms of discrimination against black employees. Marilyn Booker spent more than a quarter century at Morgan Stanley, much of it leading the company's diversity and inclusion program.
