NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Mar 15, 2012) - BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Dawkins as Managing Director, Head of Delta One & International Derivative Sales, Americas. Andrew reports to Chris Innes, Head of Institutional Equity Sales and Trading, Americas.

"Andrew's diverse background across the equities platform will be instrumental in bridging our expertise in Asia with US-based investors as well as the growth of our global swaps products."
Andrew will work closely with U.S. Forward Trading and Prime Brokerage businesses, as well as the bank's Asia and Europe based trading desks. Houman Dehesh and Jazil Ghais will report to Andrew.
"His unique perspective, formed by his vast experiences throughout the industry with a large variety of products, will be very valuable to both our domestic and international clients as well as an asset to our Equities platform," added Innes.
Andrew has over 15 years of industry experience, with an extensive background advising clients in financing, hedging and risk management solutions. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Andrew was with Macquarie, where he led Equity Derivative and Equity Finance Sales & Distribution for the Americas.
