Ekosem-Agrar GmbH is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue starting on 12 March 2012. The bond issue from Ekosem-Agrar at a total volume of up to EUR 50 million matures in 2017 and has a coupon of 8.75 percent. Private investors can purchase bonds (ISIN DE000A1MLSJ1) directly through their house bank that sends a buy order to Boerse Stuttgart. The issue is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.
“For the past few weeks, the market has appeared significantly more positive and the time window for bond issues has now opened up again,” says Sabine Traub, Head of the Primary Market Group at Boerse Stuttgart. Ekosem-Agrar is the eighteenth company overall to issue a bond in the Bondm trading segment. The subscription period for the issue via the Bondm subscription box runs up to 21 March 2012 presumably, but may end early if the issue is oversubscribed. After the subscription period, the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment and regular trading.
Since the launch of Bondm in May 2010 Boerse Stuttgart has admitted corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 1.4 billion to the segment for medium-sized enterprises.
