Investors have had the opportunity to subscribe to the corporate bond of getgoods.de AG via Boerse Stuttgart’s subscription box since 17 September 2012. The regular subscription period ended on 28 September, but it is now possible to subscribe to the issue directly via the company’s website until 12 October 2012. According to getgoods.de AG, by Friday more than EUR 20 million had been subscribed by institutional investors, investment fund managers and private investors. Since October 1st, the bond can be traded in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment.
The getgoods.de AG bond (ISIN DE000A1PGVS9) matures in 2017 and has a coupon of 7.75 percent. There are currently 22 corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 1.5 billion listed in the Bondm trading segment, which was launched in May 2010. The bonds of all medium-sized companies listed on Bondm are denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.
