A new exchange-traded equity index fund issued by Lyxor Asset Management has been tradable in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment since Thursday.
Lyxor UCITS ETF German Mid-Cap MDAX enables investors to participate in the performance of the MDAX. The reference index contains 50 medium-sized German companies, as well as foreign companies operating primarily in Germany from traditional industrial sectors. It includes the companies that rank below the 30 companies included in the DAX index, on the basis of market capitalisation and trading volume.
Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment product range currently comprises a total of 1,035 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €10 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
