Boerse Stuttgart is Germany's leading trading place for corporate bonds with a market share of around 70 percent. Bondm is a special trading segment that Boerse Stuttgart has set up for corporate bonds. It is particularly accessible for medium-sized enterprises. The companies in this segment are committed to guaranteeing minimum standards of transparency and publicity for investors on a continuing basis. These standards are stricter than the usual rules and regulations governing the open market. In addition to the securities issuing prospectus, audited annual financial statements, six months’ reports and the financial calendar, these companies also have to publish quasi ad hoc announcements. On our website we also publish a rating for the company so that investors can assess the risk. This rating is updated each year.
