The subscription period for the corporate bond issue from Immobilien-Projektgesellschaft Salamander-Areal Kornwestheim mbH (IPSAK mbH) has closed because of high demand for the bond. Since 28 November private and institutional investors had the opportunity to subscribe to the new bond issue via Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment for medium-sized enterprises. Sabine Traub, Head of the Primary Market Group at Boerse Stuttgart, said: “The demand from investors was extremely high. The total subscription volume of EUR 30 million was placed on the market in less than two hours.”
Following the early closure of subscription for the IPSAK mbH bond at 9.30 CET on 28 November because of oversubscription of the bond, trading (on a when-issued basis) in the Bondm segment has started today. The corporate bond from IPSAK mbh (ISIN DE000A1RFBP5) matures in 2019 and has a coupon of 6.75 percent. It is the seventh issue in the Bondm trading segment for medium-sized enterprises in the current year. All bonds of medium-sized enterprises listed in Bondm are denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.
Since the launch of Bondm in May 2010, 24 corporate bonds with a total volume of around EUR 1.6 billion have been admitted to the Bondm trading segment. The admittance of the IPSAK mbh bond to trading on 29 November increases the number of corporate bonds listed to 25.
