In his role Mr. Lauterbach will have global responsibility for Interactive Data's Managed Solutions business, which develops, operates and hosts customised financial portals, mobile solutions as well as desktop terminals designed for retail and private banks, investment companies, online brokers, exchanges and media portals. IDMS has over 1,500 clients globally.

Prior to joining Interactive Data, Mr. Lauterbach spent three years with the consulting firm CSC as a Managing Director and Senior Managing Partner, initially managing their financial services consulting business in Central and Eastern Europe, and then their consulting business across all industries in the region.

From 2007-2010, Mr. Lauterbach held the position of Chief Customer Officer at financial solution provider VWD, where he was responsible for sales, service and marketing. Prior to his time at VWD, Joachim spent 15 years at Reuters, Capco, and Thomson Financial.
