Saudi Arabia plans to spend $29 billion on water and power projects, Al Bawaba reported, citing Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah Al-Hussayen.

The projects include ventures with Egyptian Electricity Co. to increase power generation in Saudi Arabia, the news service said, without giving a timeframe for the investment.
