Solazyme Inc., which develops oil products from genetically modified algae, rose the most in more than four months after announcing a joint venture with Bunge Ltd. to build a plant in Brazil.
Solazyme climbed 12 percent to $16.03 at the close in New York, the most since Nov. 16.
