Shenzhen branch jointly held the 10th 3/15 investor right protection online consulting activity via the Investor Online Exchange Platform” on the SZSE official website, placing the theme on “Carrying Forward Rational Investment and Boosting Right Protection Awareness”. In the activity, the business experts from China Securities Depositary and Clearing Corp. Shenzhen branch and other senior securities lawyers made the sincere exchange and communication with many ordinary investors.
The activity also attracted many enthusiastic investors. During the 2-hour exchange, the online Platform posted 333 questions, 326 answers and the answering ratio of 97.9 percent. The relevant SZSE staffs also noticed that investors paid huge attention to the issues involving the rights and interests of investors, such as dividend, adjustment to major interests, online voting and impartial disclosure. the investors also requested some consulting on relevant laws and regulations, securities trading rules, the means and channels of right protection.
