As part of the ISE migration to Nasdaq’s INET technology, we are pleased to announce that we will begin to offer ISE Primary Market Makers (“PMMs”) and Competitive Market Makers (“CMMs”) with the ability to enable their SQF ports on a dedicated server (“Dedicated SQF”) in the Nasdaq Data Center, pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This unique offering provides a dedicated environment for customers' logical ports.

ISE plans to launch Dedicated SQF in June 2017, with each server containing up to 30 SQF ports. Due to the customized nature of this new offering, availability will be limited to two servers per Member firm. This will be an optional product offering available to all ISE PMMs and CMMs, and those that choose to not purchase Dedicated SQF servers will have access to the shared SQF server environment. ISE Gemini and ISE Mercury markets will not support Dedicated SQF servers for their migration to INET at this time.

Pricing for Dedicated SQF will be $2,250 per month and firms that are enabled for Dedicated SQF will be required to keep the product for a minimum of six months. SQF Port pricing on ISE will be announced closer to the launch date, which is currently scheduled for June 5, 2017.

To guarantee a server is available on day one of the ISE migration to INET technology, the Dedicated SQF Request Form must be submitted by Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
