NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Options, the leading private financial cloud provider for the global capital markets industry, has today announced a partnership with Velocimetrics, the provider of comprehensive monitoring and performance analysis solutions. The partnership sees Options integrate the Velocimetrics solution with the managed service provider’s ultra low-latency, market data and connectivity product offering, Velocity. The Options-Velocimetrics solution will enable clients to instantly gain a detailed understanding of their trading performance, through real-time latency monitoring, problem detection, alerts and rapid issue analysis.
Velocimetrics’ monitoring technology delivers uncompromised visibility across the complete trading environment, tracking the exact route and latency of trading events through business critical software applications, integrated systems and across global networks. Options’ clients will gain a comprehensive view of their firm’s trading activities, real-time detection, alerting and diagnosis of issues and analysis of latency profiles throughout the trading day. Once an issue has been identified, users can examine specific transactions to view each component event and understand the precise nature of any given issue on the route. The fully managed solution also comes complete with a visual interface and customer-specific configurable dashboard.
The Velocimetrics solution is available to customers leveraging Options’ Velocity platform, the IaaS provider’s ultra-low latency market data, connectivity and application hosting service. Its addition will allow Velocity customers access to real-time monitoring on all end-to-end electronic transactions. Velocity is one of three service offerings provided via the Options Private Financial Cloud platform, and is a complete electronic trading infrastructure solution, providing ultra-low latency market data, high throughput market connectivity and vendor neutral application hosting as a single, fully managed service.
