She will be based in London and report directly to Holger Wohlenberg, Managing Director, Market Data + Services.

The Tools business line offers clients software on demand to navigate financial markets with increased agility by providing tools to support and automate client processes such as algorithm testing, market access or regulatory reporting. Centrally hosted in the cloud, users can access these applications to perform a range of operations without the need for upfront investment, configuration management and software deployment.

Ms. Davis joins Deutsche Börse from FFastFill, the leading provider of Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") to the global derivatives community, where she served as Managing Director, Business Development. In this role, she was responsible for developing and executing the firm's business objectives and revenue targets worldwide, and identifying new market opportunities to increase the company's global reach.

Previously, she was Global Head of Trade Execution Services at FFastFill from 2008 to 2010. In this position, Ms. Davis created a customer management team to serve as the primary account management and sales contact to the firm's existing client base. She also was responsible for identifying new sales opportunities.

She began her tenure at FFastFill in March 2005 as a Development Manager before moving into client project management from 2006 to 2008.

Her career began as a Support Analyst at Dealogic in 2000 and later as a Technical Analyst for Goldman Sachs inin 2004.

Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor's degree in European Languages and Business from Leeds Metropolitan University and holds a Master of Science in Computing from the Open University.
