The new "alpha-enhanced" indexes, known collectively as the Nasdaq Chaikin Power Indexes, leverage the Chaikin Power Gauge, a multi-factor quantitative model that identifies stocks that are likely to outperform the market, and are aimed at fund managers, advisors and investors for use in model portfolios or as investment products to be offered by exchange-traded fund (ETF) providers or mutual fund advisors.
