Canadian Solar to Supply 10 Megawatts for Ontario Solar Plant

Canadian Solar Inc., the best-performing solar manufacturer last year, agreed to supply 10 megawatts of modules for a project in Ontario.
Silvercreek Solar Park Inc.’s first utility-scale project in the province is expected to begin producing electricity in July, Guelph, Ontario-based Canadian Solar said today in a statement. The solar farm in Elgin County will power about 1,700 homes. Terms weren’t disclosed.
