Scott Braunstein, the former JPMorgan Chase & Co. money manager hired by Steven A. Cohen last year, left after less than four months working for the billionaire, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.

Braunstein, 50, left Point72 Asset Management LP last week, the person said on Tuesday, asking not to be identified because the firm is private. Braunstein, who is the brother of JPMorgan’s former vice chairman and Chief Financial Officer Doug Braunstein, didn’t return telephone messages seeking comment.
