TruMid Financial LLC raised money from investors in a deal valuing the bond-trading startup at $75 million, according to President Ravi Singh.

TruMid is among more than a dozen firms, including Bloomberg News parent Bloomberg LP, trying to help make it easier to trade debt in the $7.7 trillion U.S. corporate bond market. Like its competitors, TruMid is operating in a market reshaped by regulations following the 2008 financial crisis.
