The FBI’s warrant for a 2010 raid on Level Global Investors LP in an insider-trading probe was unsealed as one of its founders sued prosecutors over claims the search was illegal and caused the hedge fund’s demise.
David Ganek, who co-founded Level Global with Anthony Chiasson after they left SAC Capital Advisors LP, said in a complaint filed Thursday in Manhattan federal court that the government violated his rights in the investigation knowing he was innocent.
