Irish Stock Exchange Launches Pre-LOU
The Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) is the latest organization to begin issuing pre-legal entity identifiers (pre-LEI).
The ISE launched its pre-local operating unit (pre-LOU) on September 30, including an online portal (ISEDirect.ie) that can be used both for individual and bulk registration by entities and third-parties that have explicit permission to act on their behalf.
The ISE's pre-LEI utility sits within its National Numbering Agency operations and harnesses the functionality of the exchange
